My RF85 is now sold and has found a new home in Belgium.
I will race my Lotus 61 in 2016 and my plan is to do some testing and then start with the CRAA city race in Aarhus, Denmark.
This race will have a class for pre -75 single seaters FF1600, FJ and FVee. The next race will be Velodromloppet at Karlskoga which I hope will have a special FF1600 celebration so please join if you have a pre -90 car with HTP.
My plan to do a race in USA have failed and I will do a race in Europe insted and as for now it will be the Historic Super Prix at Brands Hatch the first weekend in July.
Due to work duties I will probably only make the race at Falkenberg in September
Work still continues with th 1963 Focus formula junior
The bodywork nears compleation and I have recieved some parts back from surface tretment so I will be able to put together the uprights front and rear.
I finally have got my hands on a TIG welding machine and will be able to weld some alu and steel at home as a complement to nickel-bronze brazing.
However for this project I will leave all aluminium welding to the experts at JH-Teknik.

A crap weekend at Falkenberg
I went to this event leading the championship by a mere 3 point and anyone of me,Victor John or Oscar could take the title.
I missed out on the free practice on friday due to work but managed 3rd on the grid in qualifying.
Race 1. Victor didn't make it to the start due to some issue with the ignition so the place just in front of me was empty, unfortunately I made a poor getaway and ended up being passed by Björn and Tommy in to the first corner. It got a bit tight and I damaged my rear toe-in/out stay and that was it. DNF.
Race 2: I started last, John's drive shaft snapped at the start and I had only to finish 3rd to clinch the title and I made good progress during the first laps and but then got hold up behind Tommy. I was side by side in to the first corner but despite leaving enough room for him on the inside we collided at the next lefthander and I had to retire.
Oscar took the title and I ended up 3rd, 3point behind

Mantorp Park
Friday free practice despite really worn tyres the pace where quicker than 2014!
Saturday qualifying went OK, I got out on the track together with the Thim Bro's and our times where evenly matched with John setting fastest time before Oscar and then me in third place.
Podium race 1, winner John Thim, 2nd Henrik Hanson and 3rd Oscar Thim
Film from the 2nd race a good fight with the Thim Bro's.

The Swedish Sport scar Meet at Knutstorp was as always a very nice event.
Friday free practice and the car handled well and just minor adjustments where made and I felt that I was on pace.
Saturday: Only one qualifying session on Saturday as both races where to be held on Sunday. It was hard to find a free lap but I still managed 2nd with 1.05:3 some 0.5s behind Victor
Race1 a good start up to 2nd and I had a good battle for a while. Things got a bit odd after a while when there was almost yellow flags around the whole course as people went off and had problems. When leader Victor's clutch expired I finished 2nd behind John Thim.
Sunday
Victor did not managed to fix his car leaving the pole position empty. I had a good battle with the Thim Bro's until I got to high up on the curbs on to the start finish straight and spun. I managed to finish 3rd some 15sec behind.

First RHK race at Kinnkulle did not go exactly according to plan.
Friday practice felt good and the new asphalt made for good times, faster than ever before and I felt quite confident that I was on pace.
Qualifying felt good and I made good progress on the back of the track, however the engine did possibly not run quite right and I lacked some speed on the straight. I ended up 5th
1st race was one of the most boring, I made up one place on lap one and then ended up all by myself for 14 laps finishing 4th.
2nd race I was back on pace and a valve adjustment made the engine run crisp again. I made a decent start from 4th and could challenge Oscar. He got sideways after the bridge and lost it. I was soon on the tail of Victor and could overtake him in to the first bend after the main straight. Only to get it slightly wrong on the next corner and getting the wrong line over a crest and losing it out in the gravel. I just managed to hit the armco and damage the LF. Nothing major and it will all be rectified before next race at Karlskoga on the 12-14 of July.
On the good side I set a personal best of 55.9 just 0.1 sec off fastest lap set by Victor.

Winter 2014-15
Long time no C!
It's not that I have been doing nothing, It's just that moving to another house have taken a lot of time and I have not had the time to update the web page.
The RF85 is still for sale I have had some people interested some more than others but no cash have changed hands so I will race it at Kinnekulle this weekend.
I have also started a Formula Junior project a Focus MK3 from 1963.
